Notivus Consumer Disclosure
Notivus collects personally identifying information for specific purposes such as: account setup, maintenance and background screening. If you have submitted personal information on this site in conjunction with background screening requested by your employer or prospective employer, Notivus will store information returned on the background search for use by that client only. Background screening requests are accompanied by an FCRA certification, this certifies that the client has obtained your informed consent to request the background screen and that Notivus has a legally permissible purpose for conducting the background screen on their behalf.
